Frequently Asked Questions
Book as soon as your wedding date is confirmed. Popular summer and early-fall weekends often fill a year or more in advance, so early planning provides the best chance of securing your preferred date.
Include your wedding date, getting-ready location, contact information, estimated number of services, and whether you need hair, makeup, or both. The date and general location are enough to begin if final details are still being planned.
When availability is confirmed, Kaleigh will provide a bridal contract for review. Your date is secured after the signed contract and $100 nonrefundable deposit are received. The deposit is applied to the wedding-day total.
Yes. Kaleigh works with trusted beauty professionals and may bring an assistant when the service count or timeline requires additional support. Standard services are generally scheduled in 45-minute blocks, while ultra-glam makeup, Hollywood waves, and clip-in extensions require more time. Kaleigh typically limits herself to seven or eight services per day to protect quality and timing.
Yes. On-location bridal services include up to 40 round-trip miles from Hamburg, New York; additional mileage is charged at $0.50 per mile. Hair and makeup may be booked for the bride, wedding party, family members, and wedding guests.
A bridal consultation is a trial appointment used to develop your wedding-day look, discuss timing, review inspiration, and address questions before the event. Kaleigh strongly recommends a consultation for every bride because it provides clarity and confidence. The trial is booked and paid for separately from wedding-day services, and separate travel fees may apply when consultations are held on different dates or at different locations.
